The Live Skills project designed three Learning Programmes which were piloted from March 2019 until February 2020: Arts Management, Cultural Entrepreneurship and Digital & New Technologies. These three Learning programmes cover specific subject areas relevant to the Live Performance and Audiovisual sectors.
The Arts Management course includes the following subjects:
- Financial Management
- Project Management
- Marketing and Communication
- Legal Management
No prior knowledge of Arts Management is necessary to complete the course.
The Cultural Entrepreneurship course includes the following subjects:
- Innovation
- Creativity
- Strategy
- Business Models
No prior knowledge of Cultural Entrepreneurship is required to complete this course.
The Digital & New Technologies course includes the following subjects:
- Introduction to Creative Media Software
- Digital Art & Design
- Digital Marketing
No prior knowledge of Digital & New Technologies is required to complete this course. However, a good knowledge of basic ICT use, including email and social media will be necessary.
The pilot courses were held in Bulgaria (Plovdiv, Plovdiv High School of Stage and Screen Arts), Greece (Athens, AKMI) and Northern Ireland (Belfast, Belfast Metropolitan College), as well as in Romania (FAIR-MediaSind and National Institute for Cultural Research and Training) in the form of one-day seminars.
