On the 9th and 10th of May 2019, all the Live Skills partners from the UK, Bulgaria, Greece and Romania gathered for the 5th Live Skills Steering Committee. The meeting took place in the British Council offices in Brussels.
Two days of fruitful discussions, updates on each partner’s progress, addressing matters, but mostly looking ahead. Whilst we all know each other well through our regular virtual meetings it was incredibly valuable to reconnect in person, and have time to explore ideas and celebrate the success to date. We were also really fortunate in having our Advisory Board with us here in Brussels - and it was so helpful to be able to feed in their energetic and expert views straight into the following days of Steering Committee meetings. Live Skills is now closer to the finishing line and everyone is committed to delivering the best results, and making the learning material that has been developed available to as many people as possible.
